📦 Physical Products
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted within 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, you must share a clear unboxing video showing the product condition at the time of opening.
The product must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be unused and unopened.
Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation.
Note: If the product box has been opened or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only processed after the returned item is inspected.
- The product must be returned in as-shipped condition (unopened and undamaged).
- Refund approval is subject to the product’s condition upon receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
💾 Digital Products
Delivery
- All digital products are delivered via email after purchase.
- You will receive lifetime access to all digital products you download.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
- Please ensure you review the product description and details before purchasing.
